Our terms of service are simple and outlined above. By purchasing any service with PiglinHost you agree to these terms.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of any PiglinHost services..
By purchasing any service with PiglinHost, you will select that you ackowledge and accept these terms of services outlined below. If you do not accept, you will be unable to proceed with your order.
1. Refund Policy & Fees.
PiglinHost offers a 24 hour refund policy for any services that have not been setup or activated. Please note change of mind, issues with installation/configuration is not inclusive of this - our Support team will be happy to help in these circumstances. Any refunds are up to managements discretion - and requests must be made via your Billing area via Support ticket. Please note any refunds to PayPal will not include the PayPal fee, as this is not refundable from PayPal directly. If you paid via Credit/Debit card then this will be refunded.
2. Subscriotions & Refunds
You are free to cancel your service at anytime with PiglinHost via your billing area. If you forget to cancel and are charged, if you raise a support ticket to our billing department wtihin 24 hours we will honour a refund for this. For anything after 24 hours, we can issue account credit or a partial refund at supports discretion. Anything after 72 hours is not eligible for any type of refund. If the unlikely event that you are charged by accident and have cancelled via your billing area - we will refund you for this. If you pay via Debit card, your subscription will automatically be cancelled - if you pay via PayPal, its the customers responsibility to ensure that the subscription is cancelled ont their end also. PayPal fees are not refunded as this is non refundable from PayPal unless you had already cancelled and were charged incorrectly, then we will honour the fee.
3. Termination of Services
PiglinHost reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel any service at anytime. We prohibt abuse of our sevrices, which includes hosting illegal material or the abuse of services and/or support/staff will not be tolerated.
4. Support
PiglinHost offers a all-inclusive free support service via Support ticket or Discord as stated in the welcome email. Abuse of support will lead to potential termination. We ask all clients to read emails and instructions sent to them. Our Discord is availabile for Support with the support hours advertised in #Information. Any changes to this will be posted there. Please note our Support Tickets are managed 24/7, we aim to reply as quick as possible and during out-of-hours a response time of under 2 hours. This may be changed during holidays, please see our Announcements and/or our Discord for any changes and updates. We do not offer any other form of Support.
5. Data responsibility & Liability
Clients are accountable for managing their files and backups. PiglinHost does not assume responsibility for files deleted or lost by clients. Our control panel provides free backup options and grants access to client files.
6. Promotions
PiglinHost reserves the right to withdraw or end any promotions early if otherwise stated, or may retract a discount if used unfairly or is used against the promotions terms. Ie. Multiple accounts.
7. Disputes & Charges
Please contact our billing area via Support ticket if you are facing any issues or have any questions. If a dispute is raised, your account will be terminated instantly and account will be closed and listed with the payment processor. Please note clients are responsible for all fees built from a raising a payment dispute. When purchasing a PiglinHost service, you agree to these terms of service.
